Corrections policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

Every review on this site is built from numbers, the doses on a label, the amounts used in studies, prices and buyer ratings, and any of them can be wrong or go out of date. This page explains how to tell us about an error and what happens after you do.

What counts as a correction

We want to hear about a dose that doesn't match the current label, a formula the brand has changed, a study we've described or cited wrongly, a price or rating that's out of date, a broken link, and a score that doesn't follow from our published method.

How to report one

We're setting up the address for reports, and it will appear here as soon as it's live. When you write, include the page, what you think is wrong, and your evidence, such as a photo of the label, a link to the study or a screenshot of the product page.

What we do with it

We check every report against the original source, whether that's the label, the study or the retailer's page. If the report is right, we fix the page and change its "Updated" date. If the fix changes a product's data or score, we record the change, the date and the reason in that product's audit log, so the history stays on record. If the report doesn't hold up, we reply and explain why.

We aim to reply to every report, and to fix confirmed errors as quickly as we can.

Brands

Brands can send us label changes and new lab reports the same way. We check them against the current label or report before anything changes. Brands can't pay for corrections, scores or placement, and a request to remove a negative finding that's accurate won't change it.

What we don't change on request

Our verdicts and opinions follow from the data and our published method. We'll look again at any finding when you send new evidence, but we won't soften a fair conclusion because someone disagrees with it.

Credit

With your permission, we'll credit you for a correction. Tell us in your email how you'd like to be named, or whether you'd rather not be.
