If a number on this site is wrong, a formula has changed, or you think one of our findings is unfair, we want to hear about it. We're setting up the address for messages and corrections, and it will appear here as soon as it's live.
Reporting an error or challenging a finding
Tell us the page, the claim or number you think is wrong, and your evidence, such as a photo of the label, a link to the study or a screenshot of the product page. We check it against the original source and fix anything we got wrong, and the change is dated in that product's changelog. Our corrections policy explains what happens next, including how we credit you if you'd like to be named.
Suggesting a product
Name the product and, if you can, link its official label. Suggestions help us decide what to audit next, though we can't promise when a product will get its review.
For brands
We don't accept free samples, paid placements or review fees. If we got a fact about your product wrong, send the evidence and we'll check it.
